We filter premium spirits into their two parts: their unique essence profile and their alcohol, we call this ‘Deconstructive Ethanology’.
The natural essence profile of each spirit is encapsulated in our amazing little ampoules.
London Gin
Juniper base, balanced with citrus and botanical top notes. Hocus London Dry gives you the unique flavour of a classic premium London Dry Gin. A fine dry juniper gin featuring crisp citrus from the lemon, zesty notes from the grapefruit and pine from the juniper.
Pink Gin
Our Pink Gin is copper distilled in small batches using 12 botanicals including fresh rosemary and pink grapefruit peel. Using a vapour infusion technique, we gently extract the desired flavours and botanical oils to create a mouth-watering, highly concentrated, clean spirit.
Fresh floral notes are created from the use of garden-grown rosemary and natural sweetness is achieved from the fresh pink grapefruit zest. Classic and smooth with a long raspberry finish, giving you the unique flavour of a classic premium, pink in style gin
Dark Rum
Warming rich molasses rounded with honey and dried fruit are followed by the premium taste rounded on the palate, with a pleasantly warm lingering finish.
White Rum
A golden-aged island rum infused with pepper dulse “truffle of the sea” foraged on a full moon, crafted for seekers, explorers, and adventurers. Light and fresh with a touch of spice, the finish is dry, crisp, and clean.

The Hocus bottle is the pure alcohol. This neutral spirit base is distilled from a mix of grains, canes and vegetables to produce a silky smooth blend.
The Hocus gin and rum ampoules are single use and designed to deliver a single serve of your favourite spirit. They contain 5ml of concentrated crafted gin and rum spirit. Just add your mixer for a low alcohol drink or combine with Hocus Infinite pure Spirit for a stronger drink. Can’t decide which one to choose?
