The natural essence profile of each spirit is encapsulated in our amazing little ampoules.
London Gin
Juniper base, balanced with citrus and botanical top notes. Hocus London Dry gives you the unique flavour of a classic premium London Dry Gin. A fine dry juniper gin featuring crisp citrus from the lemon, zesty notes from the grapefruit and pine from the juniper.
Pink Gin
Our Pink Gin is copper distilled in small batches using 12 botanicals including fresh rosemary and pink grapefruit peel. Using a vapour infusion technique, we gently extract the desired flavours and botanical oils to create a mouth-watering, highly concentrated, clean spirit.
Fresh floral notes are created from the use of garden-grown rosemary and natural sweetness is achieved from the fresh pink grapefruit zest. Classic and smooth with a long raspberry finish, giving you the unique flavour of a classic premium, pink in style gin
Bourbon Whiskey
Bespoke spirits Bourbon- “Wheat, maize and barley whiskey from Bourbon mash. Distilled in Indiana, unaged, then teleported in age within a week to a perceived tasting age of 10-12 years by a secret patented process. This Whisky has been awarded many gold awards universally for its unrivalled taste. Marmalade nose, toasty oak with a vanilla and cinnamon finish.
Dark Rum
Warming rich molasses rounded with honey and dried fruit are followed by the premium taste rounded on the palate, with a pleasantly warm lingering finish.
White Rum
A golden-aged island rum infused with pepper dulse “truffle of the sea” foraged on a full moon, crafted for seekers, explorers, and adventurers. Light and fresh with a touch of spice, the finish is dry, crisp, and clean.
Diamond Vodka
Distilled from three different grains: barley, wheat, and rye, to give it a well-rounded flavour profile delivering a crystal clear and very smooth vodka.

The Hocus Ampoules are single use and designed to deliver a single serve of your favourite spirit. They contain 5ml of concentrated crafted spirits, all of them award winning.
