Summer hasn’t got off to the best of starts. We’re more than half way through the year and the sun is yet to make any notable appearence.

Fear not – our Rainy Day Reviver cocktail is an invigorating blend designed to lift spirits on a damp UK summer day.

A rainy day Cocktail with Hocus Dry Gin

Centered around the botanical richness of Hocus London Dry Gin, this cocktail harmonizes with the delicate sweetness of elderflower cordial and the zesty brightness of fresh lemon juice. The honey syrup adds a subtle layer of warmth, while muddled cucumber and mint infuse a refreshing, garden-fresh essence. Topped with effervescent soda water, the drink is light and revitalizing, making it the perfect antidote to gloomy weather.
