Ingredients
- 50ml Hocus Chew Valley Gin
(prepared as per label) - 20ml blackberry liqueur
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml simple syrup

Method
In a cocktail shaker, combine blackberry liqueur, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and the Hocus Gin.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Creating a low/no alcohol version of this drink is simple. Use three sprays of the Hocus Gin with 50ml tonic water (instead of spirit mixer) and substitute the blackberry liquer with slightly diluted cordial (e.g. Ribena)
