In fact we’re so proud of them we’ve teamed up with a number of drinks brands and distilleries to produce a range of branded spirit sprays. Over the coming months we’ll be looking at all our new branded drinks and the people behind them.
First up is the award winning Chew Valley Distillery with their award winning London Dry Gin…
Chew Valley Distillery
Launched in 2020, Chew Valley Distillery is a family owned and operated business llocated in the Chew Valley area of North Somerset.
They are dedicated to producing very high quality products using only the best, sustainable and local ingredients available, including British grains, pure spring water from Cheddar (also in Somerset!) and sutainable botainicals along with as many organic ingredients as they can. Even all the design and bottles are made locally.
For a young company they have certainly made a mark and won their share of awards For the London Dry gin alone they’ve won;

What is London Dry Gin?
London Dry Gin is a type of gin that is made by redistilling neutral spirits with botanicals such as juniper berries, coriander, angelica root, orris root, lemon peel, and other spices. Contrary to what the name implies, it doesn’t necessarily have to be made in London, but it must follow strict production regulations in order to be called ‘London Dry’
Some of the regulations state that the base spirit must be distilled to a high degree of purity, with no added sugar or flavors, and the botanicals must be added to the still during the distillation process.
London Dry Gin is known for its clean and crisp taste, with a strong juniper flavor and hints of citrus and spice. It’s a popular ingredient in classic cocktails such as the gin and tonic, martini, and negroni.

Spray Gin
We offer the Chew Valley London Dry Gin as a Hocus dual action dispenser.
Our handy ‘handbag sized’ dispenser can be taken anywhere (although we have heard it’s been banned from a few nightclubs recently… it’s that good!) and can produce a low-alcohol or full alcohol drink all you need to do is add the mixer of your choice.
Using our own technique called ‘Desconstructive Ethanology’ we seperate the gin from the spirit to produce a highly concentrated gin that can be dispensed from our sprays (or ampoules)
To make a full-alcohol drink just add two sprays of London Dry gin into a glass and add 25ml of alcohol (e.g. Hocus Spirit) mix and boom – one of the best London Dry gins you will ever taste.
Making the low-alcohol version is just as easy, simply add three sprays of London Dry into a glass and then add your mixer (e.g. tonic water) to taste. You love the authentic taste.. in our opinion no other low-alcohol London Dry comes close!
